Mark's journey in immigration began when he moved to Canada from Hong Kong with his family in 1995, giving him firsthand understanding of the life-changing and challenging nature of this experience.
Mark started his professional career as a Citizenship Officer at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), where he handled a diverse range of citizenship cases. His responsibilities included assessing eligibility requirements, administering language and knowledge tests, processing waiver requests, and making decisions on complex residency issues. This role provided Mark with a solid foundation in immigration law and honed his ability to manage intricate cases.
Now a Canadian Immigration Consultant, Mark draws on his extensive experience to assist clients in navigating the often complex immigration process. His background with IRCC and as an immigration consultant allows him to provide personalized and effective solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
